IT'S A......

GIRL!!!! We are so excited! I'll post some ultrasound pics later it takes a long time to get it onto the computer. But The appiontment went really good. The doc said nothings wrong and everything looks good! Which is very comforting. It's time to get going on that Nursey! And figuring out a name for our little junior miss (That's her name until we figure that out)

Todays the day!

McKay and I have been having a count down for about the past month for our big appiontment! We are going to be celebrating all weekend! How? you ask... Well with those 2 sheets of paper on the lower right side of the fridge........

We are going to Provo to watch a BYU cougar game! Or as McKay calls the it, "Jimmer Fredette show"
Can't you tell he's so excited! More like he is done with me taking so many pictures. This is what he gave me when I said "show me how excited you are!"...
woohoo! Cougars game! What's that you say! This is how excited I am.
This is me last night at 20 weeks. Do I still look like I ate one too many tacos mom?
So the big appiontment is in about 30 mins! McKay and I are so excited! So last time to vote Girl or Boy?!
From the beginning of the pregnancy McKay always would say, "I hope it's a boy" But as we get closer we both think it's a girl and would excited with either one. Though I know McKay would be very happy if it was a boy. We will let everyone know as soon as we find out!

The bump

This is when I was about 11 weeks along. I was pretty proud of this little bump.
I was about 13 weeks here. Forgive me for the first 2 pics, I kind of have a forced smile in these, if I remember right I was getting sick just moments before.
This is my most updated picture. I am about 17 weeks here. I know there's still not much here, but it feels like a lot to me.  I had just bought my first pair of Maternity jeans and shirt. McKay laughs at me every time I wear them. (I think he jealous and secretly wishes they made some for men) : ) I LOVE maternity jeans! I wasn't really looking forward to wearing maternity clothes but, I think I might wear these when I am not pregnant... ok maybe just during the holidays. That's ok right? And the hat I'm wearing is one My sister Jess made for me for my birthday. I love it! Can you believe she made it! I am now 19 weeks and feeling pretty good. I still get sick a few times a week and tired but not anything like I was a month ago. I need to get another updated pic. I'm pretty sure I'm even bigger then I am in this picture
And heres the Handsome dad to be. My heart skips a beat everytime I think of him being a dad! He is so great with kids and I know he will be an amazing dad. There's no one else I would pick to go through this experience with. He has been so helpful already. He drags me out of bed most days to go to school (I'm still feeling really tired and can never get enough sleep). He also is so willing to help clean the house and cook dinner. And He ALWAYS does the dishes after dinner, sometimes he will let me help , but most of the time he won't let me. I love him soo much!

February 11! Boy or Girl?

I had an appointment this morning, it was just a quick check up and they drew some blood. The doctor checked the baby's heart beat and said it sounded good and strong! That's always good to hear. We have now set date for the most exciting appointment! On Friday February 11 we get to find out what sex the baby is! We are so excited. I can't even explain how ready we are for this appointment! I feel like for the most part this pregnancy has flown by.

Before we have this appointment we want everyone to cast your vote on what you think it is. Boy or Girl.

She is a wonderful wife
She is already an awesome mom!!
And the list goes on and on.........She is everything to me!
Love McKay!!

This ones for you megan

McKay's and my Micro teacher showed this to us the other day. It's pretty funny! We both thought of my Little sis Megster when we saw it! So you can go to BYU-provo if you want but just remember this video. If you come to Rexburg McKay and I will make sure you don't have to deal with this nonsense!

We've got a bun in the oven

McKay and I are expecting our first! I will be 16 weeks along tomorrow and I am due June 29! We found out on halloween day. My major symptom before finding out was pure exhaustion! I couldn't keep my eyes open. from that time forth most days McKay has to drag me out of bed to go to class (what a good husband!) I have had morning sickness since week 6. Some days are worse then others, but I really can't complain because there hasn't really been any foods that I cringe at the sight of, except maybe apple juice (seen way too much of that if you know what I mean!) I already feel like I am starting to show. Last night I went running up on campus while McKay went and played bball (I know surprising!) anyways while I was running/walking I notice a few girls look at me and then my stomach with a look of are you pregnant or did you just eat a big dinner? My answer: both. I'll get the ultrasound up hopfully soon! We don't know the sex of the baby yet, but will in the next few weeks. In the meantime here are a few things about the baby: From babycenter.com          isn't our baby so cute!

Get ready for a growth spurt. In the next few weeks, your baby will double his weight and add inches to his length. Right now, he's about the size of an avocado: 4 1/2 inches long (head to rump) and 3 1/2 ounces. His legs are much more developed, his head is more erect than it has been, and his eyes have moved closer to the front of his head. His ears are close to their final position, too. The patterning of his scalp has begun, though his locks aren't recognizable yet. He's even started growing toenails. And there's a lot happening inside as well. For example, his heart is now pumping about 25 quarts of blood each day, and this amount will continue to increase as your baby continues to develop.

And if any of you have any good names you would like to swing our way lets us know!
